What is your return policy?
Sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. I will you to be happy with our products. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and we can work something out. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:Plants, perishables, body care. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. If the product is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Cancellations are on a case by case basis. As long as it is not in transit, we can probably work something out.
How long does my order take to ship?
I’m a one man band some may say. Generally speaking, I can get orders out in 1-3 days. As with most things these days, shipping delays happen. I’ll do my best to keep in contact with you should anything go awry.
