Cedar Sage

Cedar is said to be a medicine of protection and to attract good spirits while eliminating negative energies. Cedar wands are sometimes used to cleanse a home when first moving in, or to invite unwanted spirits to leave. Cedar can also be sprinkled on hot coals to calm the mind and relax the body.
